- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've had money come up missing from my savings account saying "Deposited into Shared Account", asked about it, and they told me I never put anything into my savings... really, because for some reason I'm missing about $400 that I stuck in there about a year ago now, and y'all still pretend it never existed. So, as far as I'm concerned, my rating will never exceed a one star, nor will I ever put anything into my savings account with this place ever again.By William Schwab, May 26, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible bank. After years of an active account I've come to find out they have taken 2 dollars out of my account everytime I use an atm that isn't theirs. Were talking taking 2 on top of the 3 the atm charged on 20 dollars, that's 25% Fee to use my own money. Take yours elsewhere, they could care less about you.By RISTO Mack, March 27, 2017
