- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have to change my review from being great to not great. After being with Jim for over a decade, I added around 5 more cars and a homeowners policy. I guess this was too much to handle as things were missed, dates were wrong and I had extras on my policies that weren't necessary. We also had a claim, which was another state farm driver at fault and the process was horrendous. My step daughter had to deal with a busted car for over a month while they decided how they were gonna pay. When the time came that I needed my agent to be on my side, I do not feel he was my advocate.By Nick Bashford, May 13, 2017
