I regularly have to deal with them regarding their customers getting loans and they refuse to even be slightly helpful over the phone they just say we do not do that here. we cannot help you. and hang up the phone. I is no wonder they have to keep their branches open late and put them in walmart establishments to trick customers into thinking they are a good choice. i would stay away from here if you like a bank where the tellers greet you with a smile or a bank that has management who understand the concept of good customer service.By Brandois Martin, April 15, 2017
