- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had a CREDIT on my account for 12+ months, I have never been late on my account, and I called asking for a letter of credit, or a letter showing good standing, and the woman screamed at me, stating she wouldnt do that, and when I asked to talk to a supervisor she hung up on me. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I fail to understand the poor ratings. I always pay my bill on time. I recently had to replace the radiator in my vehicle which sucked up my entire paycheck.
