- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have never ever wrote one of these but i am doing so to warn other women. I had an annual exam done here at the loveland health department. It has been horrifying the nurse who preformed this exam failed to use lube therefore i am not cut open and bleeding. Im sure you can imagine how horrific it feels every time i have to pee ! I called to inform this nurses boss only to be told that it was not her fault. I am absolutely disgusted with this establishment.
