  Horrible! My time isn't important to them!! I came in to get multiple years of taxes done due to my negligence. I started with Rebecca, who was great. She was friendly and professional. I had to set another appointment due to all the work that needed to be done. When I arrived for my 2nd appointment Louellyn told me Rebecca was running late and should be in soon. I waited 45 minutes before Laura helped me and said she was taking over with my tax needs. She had me reschedule. I arrived for my 3rd appointment for 11:00am and waited because Laura was with somebody. While I was waiting Laura's 11:30 appointment came in and was immediately helped by Louellyn. This is when I became upset. I waited for an entire hour and then I approached Louellyn and finally I received service. I have determined my time is not important to them. Never again will I use their services.

  I have had to refile my returns twice already this year due to a fauxpaux from my ex wife. Llewellyn was so INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. I will be coming back for all my future filings!

  Liberty Tax has done my taxes for 3 years in a row now, the first time at their other office here in town and twice at this office. All of their staff is extremely friendly, informed, and professional and I have had no issue with my taxes. They are very loyal to return customers, politely calling once a year come tax season to set up an appointment. Also, the first two years they had promotional deals to do the 1040EZ for free, they were kind enough to honor that again this year. Thank you Liberty Tax, I will see you next year.
