  I was involved in a head on collision one early morning heading to work. The gentleman that caused the accident accepted full liability. Even though the gentleman accepted responsibility for the accident it seemed impossible to keep up with the incredibly overwhelming medical bills that seemed to never stop revolving. I also was dealing with many details, questions, and concerns from the insurance companies. After much advice and consideration I took my time to find the right attorney that I felt comfortable with. I wanted to find someone to represent me with trust, kindness, approachability, credibleness, experience, and had the proper ethics for my case. That was the day I met Robert Garcin. On our first free consultation he was very kind, honest, and patient with me. He allowed me to take his information and agreements home to look over all documentation on him and make a decision on furthering his services. That took so much stress off of me to not feel pressured by an attorney and made me feel as if I could trust him and have some serenity in my stressful time. I even brought my one year old son to a meeting and he was accepting and respectful as I was of his offices and staff which made not only me feel important but made me feel that my family was important to him as well. In the end of my case the worries and concerns I stressed about were all resolved and his compassion and will to serve proper justice was presented. I was more than pleased with our settlement amount that I received and was actually shocked by the more than expected amount he fought for. Robert was fair in his price and fees, all of my medical expenses were paid, and I was able to replace the negative emotional quandaries with relief and contentment.
